CABINET CARDS
The Cabinet Card was used for photographic portraits. Introduced earlier in 1860, their decline started in the 1890's. They were designed to be displayed in cabinets or on dressers. When Edna became popular in England her cabinet card photo was displayed in shop windows throughout London.
